was about to list this as not working because with the pictured tape, it sort of 'labors' to turn the reels in normal playback, like it is struggling to generate the power to play at normal playback speed, so it sounds low pitched and inconsistent.  However, I tried a different tape and it works great, that issue disappeared, so the tape itself doesn't work...
