Olympus VN-1800 Digital Voice Recorder with microphone and earphone

Ships without batteries (2-AAA) but fully tested with them.  I set the clock/calendar and recorded with both the on-board mic and the external lapel mic (included).  I listened to myself on both the internal speaker and the external earphone (included).
I also test recorded and playback using an Andrea NC-61 earphone/boom mic; perfect!  This device is also listed by me.
